She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Belle McCurry Phillips; and her siblings, J. B. Phillips, Gloria Phillips, Orville Phillips and Charles Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Campbell (Gary), Thomas Raymond Ward (Roemisa), Deborah Suzanne Ammons and Phillip Jamie Ward (Crystal); and her siblings, James L. Phillips (Mari) and Sonda Sue Taylor. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
