He was predeceased by: his father Elvin Quinton Waters (Buddy). He is survived by: his mother Betty "Joyce" Moody Waters; his wife Ann Martin Waters; his sons, Caleb and Cody Waters; and his siblings, Larry Waters (Karen) and Carol Walker (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
