It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edward Reott in Pineville, North Carolina, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Reott and Marie Babinger; his wife Mary Alyce; his brothers, Ronnie and James Reott; and his nephew Joey Reott.
He is survived by: his children, Ray (Joanne) and Karyn Reott; his grandchildren, Rebecca Reott (Steve Sherrin), Kate Reott and Ryan Egdorf (Crystal Raffiani); his nephew Edward Reott; his niece Joanne (Vith) Keating (Tom); his great grandchildren, Wilson and Theo Sherrin; and his son David Reott.
Covid prevented a contemporaneous memorial when Jack died but a memorial gathering will be held at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis, PA across from Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church in Kennedy Township on Tuesday August 27, 2024 at 11:00 am-1:00 pm.
