He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart and Beatrice Paul; his wife Helen Stewart; and his daughter Cindy Breath. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Shipman (Scott) and Sharon Stewart. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
