He is survived by: his spouse Jaquelyn; his children, Stephanie (Kelley), Gary Stephen, Jr., Christopher (Erica), Nina and Nicholas (Jessica); his grandchildren, Gracie, Trevor, Tanner, Cooper, Taytum, Lily, Madelynn, Sophia, Jaxon, Scarlett and Bristol Rae; and his siblings, Rodney Oates and Sherry Fraser. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
