He is survived by: his son Christopher Bush; his friend Angela Bush (Fain); his brother Peter Bush (Linda); his cousin Dan Bush; his father-in-law Jack Fain; his sister-in-law Tracy Brown (Dean); his nieces and nephews, Peter Bush (Liz), Justin Brown, Meredith Kotter (Brian) and Hannah Brown; and his pet Maddie.
