She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Parrish and Betty Parrish; her husband Dennis Lee Foreman; her former husband Robert Matthews; and her sons, Lee M. Foreman, Dennis Dwight Foreman, Johnny Harold Foreman and Barry Lane Foreman.
She is survived by: her children, Danny M. Foreman (Marilyn) of Belhaven, N. C. and Ginger Foreman Lagcher (Raymond) of Pinetown, N. C.; and her sister Ann Rose of Burlington, N. C. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
