Boyd (Pinetown, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferrell Vance Boyd and Callie Windley Boyd; his wife Jackie Houston; his sister Annie Laura Price; and his brothers-in-law, Robert E. Price, Sr. and James Young.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy "Tim" Boyd (Emily) of Belhaven, NC, Jay Boyd (Angela) of Northville, NY, Mark Boyd (Deana) of Newport News, VA and Bonnie Ramey of Newport News, VA; his stepdaughters, Sherry and Sue "Nell"; his sisters, Christine Oliver (Fernie) of Pinetown, NC and Barbara Young of Spring Hope, NC; his grandchildren, Brent Worley, Andrew Boyd, Donovan Brown, Alyson Tripp, Jeffrey Boyd, Amanda Boyd, Brooke Ramey and Lucas Ramey; and his stepgrandson Trevor Poole. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
