He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Briley and Leona Ruth Whichard; his wife Vicky Faye Brooks; and his stepgrandchild Hailey Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by: his brother Billy Wayne Briley (Julie) of Greenville; and his stepchildren, Vicky Smith (Curtis) of Pinetown, Dawn Bousquet (Keith) of Pinetown, James Jones (Kim) of Belhaven, Mary Everett of Chocowinity and Thomas Jones of Greenville. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to His Vision Ministry, 3392 NC 111 South, Pinetops, NC 27864.
