He is survived by: his children, Myra Harrell Fleming of Portland, Kathy Moore of Washington, NC, James A. Harrell Jr. of Bear Grass, NC, Laurie Stocks of Pinetown, NC and Terri Harrell of Pinetown, NC; and his sister Peggy Woolard of Wilmington. He is also survived by his family, friends.
