He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie L. Woolard and Lydia W. Woolard; his wife Josephine Woolard; his daughter Judy Alligood; and his siblings, Amanda Woolard, Peggy Black and Gary Woolard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Woolard (Doug) and Phyllis Hewitt (Ruffin); his grandchildren, Billy Ray Waters, Jeremy Hewitt, Melissa Perry and Samantha Clark; his brother Hugh Woolard; and his close friend Ronnie Lawrence. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
