He is survived by: his wife Sandra Letchworth Best; his stepdaughter Tammy B. Skinner (Donnie Jr.) of Pinetops; his daughters, Shannon Best Turner (H. R.) and Tara Bissette (Frankie); his grandchildren, John Reddick Skinner of Pinetops and Katie Holden (Jordan) of Pinetops; his sister Hilda Phillips; and his sister-in-law Faye Best. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
