He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Carroll Van Male, Sr. and Helen Gould Van Male. He is survived by: his wife Judy Fuller Van Male of Pinetops; his children, Warren Carroll Van Male, III and Julia Margaret Van Male of Macclesfield; his brother Hugh O. Van Male (Martha) of Washington; his niece Lynn Marie Smith; and his nephew Robert James Van Male.
