She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred and Mamie. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert, Leslie Varnell and Emma Ruth Price; her husband Delwood; her son Fred Louis Carraway; her granddaughter Deann Carraway; her daughters, Millicent Carraway Holloman and Jo Ann Carraway; her daughter-in-law Joan Mitchell Carraway; and her grandchildren, Michael Louis Carraway, Sherri Carraway Clayborne, Russell Braxton Holloman, Olivia Holloman Palakovich and Joseph Aubrey Holloman. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
