He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Lewis and Alice Hardrick. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis; and his stepsons, Elder Gregory Battle of Farmville, NC and Elder William Bush of Pinetops, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
