He is survived by: his wife Shannon Taylor Barber; his children, Christopher Gardner (Candice Bell) of Pinetops, Katherine "Tic" Barber (Alexander Arias) of Pinetops, Jody Barber of Pinetops, Ashley Barber of Greenville and Justin Bell (Hollie) of Hobgood; his siblings, Pam Davenport (Kenny) of Tarboro and Keith Barber (Kim) of Rocky Mount; his mother-in-law Joan Taylor; his grandson Asher Arias; and his friends, Tom Wooten (Jerry Abrams) and Jerry.
