She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Gardner and Sara Gardner; her brother Mike Gardner; and her son John Gardner. She is survived by: her husband Harry Gardner; her daughter Denise Lancaster (Gary) of Elm City, NC; her grandchildren, Austin Lancaster (Jordan) of Rocky Mount, NC, Amber Shellman (Derek) of Summerville, SC and Aaron Lancaster (Grayson) of Wilson, NC; her great grandchildren, Brody and Sawyer; and her brother Jan Gardner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pinetops Baptist Church.
