Vines of Pinetops, NC; his son Milton Ray Vines, Jr. of Rocky Mount, NC; his stepson Johnathan Capps of Syracuse, NY; his daughters, Torea Davidson of Lakeland, FL, Amanda Capps of Pinetops, NC and Brittany Leonard of Cookville, TN; and his brothers, William M. Vines of Pinetops, NC and Tony Vines of Pinetops, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
