She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eddie Wash Williams and Pattie Smith; her sons, Joel Barnes of Rocky Mount, NC and Anthony Barnes of Tarboro, NC; her stepson Thomas Dickens of Rocky Mount, NC; her daughter Linda Barnes of Tarboro, NC; and her sister Helen Joyner of Norfolk, VA.
