He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Crisp, Jr. and Mary Lynn Clark Crisp; and his sister Jennifer Robin Freeman. He is survived by: his children, Justin Crisp (Ashley), John David Crisp, IV, Timothy M. Crisp and Taylor Elizabeth Crisp; his granddaughter Anna Grace Crisp; his siblings, Linda Meeks and Jerry Crisp; and his nephews, Josiah, Samuel, Noah and Christian Freeman.
