He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Pope and Claudia Pender Pope; his wife Dorothy Pope; his children, Jim Pope (Sandra), Joyce West (David) and Jackie Dunn (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Jamey, Duane, Jason, Heather, Cassie and Melissa. He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren.
