She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Glover and Maggie Glover; her husband Donald "Dee" Phillips; her grandchildren, Candice Wooten and Sam Walston; and her brothers, Ben Junior and Melvin Glover.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Cobb (Randolph, Jr.), Don Phillips (Connie), Neal Phillips (Lisa) and Susan Phillips; her grandchildren, Randy Cobb (Melissa), Allen Cobb, Bridget Sasser (Matt), Tyler Phillips (Brooke), Brittany Phillips (Mikel) and Tucker Phillips (Caroline); her great grandchildren, Randall, Kayla, Caroline Cobb, Caleb, Ian Hadley, Jordan, Landon Crawford, Noah Sasser, Harrison, Percy Phillips, Isaiah Walston, Mattox and Sadie Rae Phillips; her sister Carol Cahoon; and also, Voyce Hobgood, Janice Mercer and Marshall Harrell.
