She is survived by: her husband Cecil Forehand; her daughter Terry Quinn (Jeff); her sisters, Peggy Brake (Percy) and Doris Pittman; her son-in-law Ronald Wishall; her grandchildren, Hunter Wishall (Kaitlin), Haley Wishall, Brian Wallace, Darby Ellen Quinn and Payton Elizabeth Quinn; her stepson Daniel "Duke" Forehand (Belinda); and also Katelyn Forehand.
