She is survived by: her son Stanley Allen Letchworth (Crystal) of Pinetops; her siblings, Shirley Renfrow of Wilson and Gary Lancaster of Pinetops; her grandchildren, Allen Letchworth (Brooke) of Pinetops, Jason Letchworth (Brittany) of Rocky Mount and Stacey Letchworth of Coronado; and her great grandchildren, Aaron, Farrah, Vivienne, Karsyn and Hudson Letchworth.
