With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derrick Taylor of Pinetops, North Carolina, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on November 21, 2021 at the age of 44. He was predeceased by: his father Frank Clark. He is survived by: his mother Purcha Taylor Flowers; his stepfather James Flowers of Pinetops, NC; his children, Micah Taylor of Tarboro, NC, Darika Williams of Winston Salem, NC and Makiah Taylor of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, Byron Taylor of Connecticut, Sharon Taylor, Rontecia Hart of Durham, NC and Bridgett Clark of Connecticut. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
