She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Harrell; her son Donald Wayne Robinson; her granddaughter Agenia Croom; and her siblings, Carl Nichols, Vernon Nichols and Herman Nichols.
She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her children, Reita Turner (Gene) of Walstonburg, Lisa Baker (Pete) of Farmville and Lane Robinson (Beth) of Blackstone, Virginia; her grandchildren, Sandy Cooper (Henry), Amy Smith (Brian), Thomas Lane Robinson II (Hayley), Christy Speight (Jody), Sherry Baker and Terry Davis (Joshua); and her siblings, Bob Nichols (Margie), Billy Ray Nichols and Carolyn Lane Horne. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
