With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Annette Owens of Pinetops, North Carolina, born in Tarboro, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Barfield Owens and Herndon Tuttle Owens; her sister Mary Owens Valera; and her sister-in-law Tina Owens. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Owens Abbott of Tarboro, Ellen Owens Colaneri (Bert) of Hampton and Matthew Owens of Pinetops; her nieces and nephews, Heather Abbott Pachnar (Raymond), Lauren Abbott Bell (Dustin), Jordan Abbott (Rachel), Falyn Owens Knowles (Isaac), Nicholas "Nick" Colaneri, Brandon Valera, Victor Mitchell and Athena Walters (Wayne); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Carleigh, Emmy Kate Bell, Myles, Saylor Pachnar, Carson, Jaxon Abbott, Brody, Summer, Grayson and Emma Walters.
