She was predeceased by: her husband F. James Sazama; and her son Jim "Skip" Sazama. She is survived by: her caregivers, Judy Horner, Jessica Overton, Elizabeth Sammons, Savannah Locklear and Mary Gainey. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
