We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2022, at the age of 95, Ruth Hearn Mills of Pinehurst, North Carolina, born in Pinebluff, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Hearn Mills to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank Hearn and Ethel Perdue Hearn; her husband James R. Mills; and her siblings, Dixie H. Elmore, Janie H. Brandon, Mary Frances Ramsey and Robert F. Hearn.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Raymond Mills (Virginia) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and many wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army.
