It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Raney of Pinehurst, North Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Raney and Selma Bassham Raney; and his sister Pansy Holt. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Raney of Pinehurst; his son Robert "Bob" Raney, Jr. (Stacy) of West Hartford, CT; and his grandchildren, Kyle Raney of Nashville, TN and Hope Raney of Brooklyn, NY.. He is also survived by his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.
