He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leslie McMillan Sr. and Shirley Lewis McMillan; and his siblings, Kathy Hall and Gilford McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Wesa" E. McMillan; his children, Courtney McMillan-Gleaton (Todd) of Pinehurst, Rev. R. Leslie McMillan III (Hannah) of Providence and Kayla D. Cruz (Bernardo) of Carthage; his sisters, Sandy Haines of Red Springs, Mary Lou Malloy (James) of Pinehurst, Shirley Britt of Red Springs, Betsy Stutts (Mike) of Red Springs and Joanna Bullock (Ralph) of Belton, Texas; and his grandchildren, Samuel McMillan, Robert L. McMillan IV, Brayden Cruz, Eben McMillan, Jeremiah Cruz, Levi Cruz, Harper Gleaton, Finley Gleaton, Jax Cruz and Palmer Gleaton. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
