She was predeceased by: her parents, E. H. Playforth and Carol Playforth; her daughter Melanie Peace; and her grandson Hollis Newcomer. She is survived by: her husband Randy Ray; her daughter Rebecca Newcomer (Randy) of Pinehurst; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Dallin, Ephram, Watson and Leonna; and her siblings, Sheila Hanrick and Timmy Playforth (Susie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
