He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Therese Marie Pitre Brunette of Pinehurst and Ontario; his siblings, Michael, Richard (Kathie) of Pinehurst, Angela (Pat) and Ontario; and his nieces, Allanah Quinn (Sheldon) of New Zealand and Bridgid Quinn (Mike) of Smiths Falls, Canada. He was also cherished by three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Marc's honor to the FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital Cancer Center or UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital's Rehabilitation Unit.
