She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her parents, Alice Johnson Banks and Jack Banks. She is survived by: her sister Nancy B. Mandel of Highland Park, IL; her niece Laurie Field (Michael Clark) of Evanston, IL; her nephew Scott Field of Highland Park, IL; her siblings-in-law, Thomas (Linda), James (Tim Hackett) of Raleigh, NC, Peter (Toni) of Sykesville, MD, Paul (Stephanie) of Leesburg, VA and Mary Peet (Jeff); and her niece Erin King. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
