He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Joseph Grimm and Merry Ann Caddell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Grimm; his brother Wayne Caddell; his aunt Jennie Graham (Harry); and his uncle Walt Morgan (Hilda).

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in Kenny's name be made to Beulah Hill Baptist Church, 7400 Beulah Hill Church Road, West End, NC 27376 or the Moore Free and Charitable Clinic, 211 Trimble Plant Road, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
