June Lapping Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2021, at the age of 99, June Lapping (Pinehurst, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sherwood Lapping; and her sister Edythe. She is survived by: her children, Sherwood Lapping, Jr. (Tricia), Alan Lapping (Anna), Stephan Lapping (Rebecca) and Susan Todd (late Curt); her grandchildren, Briton Lapping, Betsy Lamb, Jenny Toney, Kevin Lapping, Jeffrey Lapping, Bryce Lapping, Kelly Todd and George Todd, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Chris Lamb, John Toney, Alex Toney, Sam Toney, Piper Jo Lapping and Kate Todd; her great great grandchild Cash Lamb; and her pet Ruby.

During the pandemic, she quarantined with son Stephan and his wife Rebecca in Pinehurst.
