It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julian Elmo Markham Jr. of Pinehurst, North Carolina, born in Eustis, Florida, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julian E. Markham and Alvina L. Markham; his wife Maureen Snowden of Pinehurst; his children, Julian E. Markham, III of Tallahassee, Florida and Ann Catherine Markham; and his granddaughter Emily A. Markham of Saint James.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Julian's memory to the Liberty Hospice, 300 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
