He is survived by: his parents, Donald Forrest and Janet Parsons Forrest; his wife Crystal Richardson-Forrest; his son Chanceton Forrest; his brother Mark Forrest (Krista); his grandmother Willa Forrest; and his parents-in-law, Robin and Karen Richardson.
