He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bushofsky and Anna Bushofsky (Suska). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Bushofsky (Kollinger); and his children, Ted Bushofsky (Teri) of Lake Orion, Tracy Cornacchia (Keith) of Lake Orion, Trish McDonnell (Matthew) of Peter's Township and Terri Bushofsky of Durham. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
