He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth May and John Wesley Oliver; his children, Tom and Suzanne; his former wife Susan Day Setzer; his children, Stephen, Jonathan, Kimberly, Christopher and Amy; his wife Marilyn Foster; and his children, Karen and Lynn.
