He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Pilewski and Martha Mary Pilewski (Walentowski); and his siblings, John Pilewski and Julie A. King. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pilewski (Barker) of Pinehurst; his sons, Robert Pilewski (Avis) of Cameron and Dr. Gregory Pilewski (Bianca); his brothers, Dr. Norbert Pilewski (Charlotte) of Pittsburgh and Walter Pilewski of Titusville, Pennsylvania.; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Smith (Richard) and Judy Robbins (John).
