It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robinson Harper of Pinehurst, North Carolina, born in Snow Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was President of the NC Heart Association and the Mid-Atlantic Affiliate of the American Heart Association.
