He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James J. McTernan, Sr and Margaret Corves McTernan; his wife Marjorie; and his children, Mark, Patricia Denn of Oakland, CA and Kevin of Littleton, CO.. He was also cherished by two daughters-in-law, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
