He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William "Bill" and Thelma Sheldon Butler; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Mary Steffen; his daughter Michelle Butler "Love Bug" Wallace (Martin); and his grandchildren, Julia Marie, Jaime Elizabeth, Jenna Rae Karnath (Eric), Jaclyn Michelle and Joseph Martin Wallace.
