It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Joseph Scagnelli Jr. in Pinehurst, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, James Scagnelli (Patricia), Mark Scagnelli (Kim) and Lisa Harrington. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
