She was predeceased by: her husband Lacy F. Black; her brother Ellis J. McKenzie; and her grandmother McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Mark Black (Teresa) of Jackson Springs and Faye Elkins (Glenn) of Round Rock, TX; and her sisters, Shirley Oldham of West End and Thelma Short of Southern Pines. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
The family will be observing all COVID-19 guidelines and asks that everyone wear masks.
