He is survived by: his wife Jewelene McNeill Phillips; his son Bryan Phillips (Michelle) of Carthage; his brothers, Leon Phillips (Gwen) of Carthage and Tommy Phillips (Linda) of Carthage; his grandson Layne Martindale; and his mother-in-law Louise Garner McNeill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
