She was predeceased by: her parents, Durham Hoyt and Mary Eunice Glass Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband James Forsyth; her siblings, William "Bill" Mitchell (Gerrie) of Winston-Salem and Marsha Smith (Garry); her stepsons, Kendrick "Ken" Forsyth of Panama City, FL. and James "Nick" Forsyth (Jessica) of Rock Hill, S. C.; and her stepgrandchildren, Page Degen (Taylor), Kaitlin Forsyth and Hailey Forsyth.
