She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ben F. Folsom and Myrtle Outen Folsom; her husband Billy Mercer; her nephews, Scott Wall and Ben McGee; and her aunt Frances Warner. She was also cherished by stepson, two step-grandchildren, and several cousins.
