She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Brundage and Laura Welch Brundage; her son-in-law Frank Phillips; and her husband William E. Howell. She is survived by: her children, Mark Howell (Nancy), Paul Howell (Connie), Laurie Phillips and David Howell (Sheila); her grandchildren, Michael (Karissa), Jennifer, Tom, Matthew (Annie), Christine (Jonathan) and Stephen (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Penelope and Brooklyn.
